Orders are shipped daily on weekdays from our Canberra location (excluding ACT public holidays).

Express Post orders placed before 2 pm, Tuesday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm will ship the next business day (excluding weekends).

Standard shipping orders are processed after Express Post orders. Please note there may be a short delay on dispatch if Express volume is high.
