Breakage Replacement Guarantee
Shipping bongs and glassware in the post can be a challenge, but our packing team at The Bong Shop warehouse have got some mad bubble-wrapping skills, and they quality check and package your items to ensure that they arrive safe and sound.
Just in case the posties play footy with your parcel though, and you happen to receive a broken item, we've got you covered with our Breakage Replacement Guarantee!
If your items arrive damaged or faulty, just contact our customer service team - email: email@example.com, making sure to include the word 'DAMAGED' in your email subject line. Send us through some photos of the damaged items when you receive them, and we will happily ship you out a replacement after checking all the necessary information.
While all care is taken to quality check & carefully wrap your items, we recommend that you thoroughly check over your items when they arrive, to ensure that you are satisfied with the quality, and that they free of faults or damage. For any issues with your items, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and include photographic or video evidence to support your claim.
NOTE: Glass is by nature fragile. Even heavy duty extra thick borosilicate glass can be broken if knocked, tapped or dropped, or exposed to sudden temperature changes (This includes using hot to boiling water to clean your glassware, DON'T DO THIS!). The Breakage Replacement guarantee does not cover items that have been damaged by the receiver through misuse or accident (including damage or breakage caused while inserting the stem), or after 14 days of receiving the item.
