Orders are shipped daily on weekdays from our Canberra location (excluding ACT public holidays).

Express Post orders placed before 11 am, Tuesday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 11 am will ship the next business day (excluding weekends).

Standard shipping orders are processed after Express Post orders. Please note there may be a short delay on dispatch if Express volume is high.
